I am a pharmacist and i have very hectic schedule , i have to work in a hospital , and there is no time when i get some time to think and breath for my self , and in week end day , i suffer from lot of body pain and stress , i use to suffer lot due to body pain bellyache , so i had to consume painkiller pharmaceuticals

But Now i enjoy my week ends like Holly Day .
Now i feel more energetic and very fresh .
The Body ache is gone.
I feel fresh , and i don't get tired .

What i did to achieve this.
I followed simple practice i called it as water therapy.
Caution :-
You should not practice this If you have problem of Kidney , and blood pressure , or if you are diabetes

1 Wake in morning at 6 Am and walk for 30 minutes
2. Take 1 liter of water , and drink it in small quantity over next 1 Hour .
3.This sudden in take of water brings do flushing of your blood vessels , and it pushes out all toxic material in urine.
4.Water consumed in such way cools your all muscle and tissues , it removes away all free radicals which are responsible for Aging .
5.So this could be your Best Tip To keep your self young , this therapy will help you look younger and younger , your skin will be protected from harmful effects of Free Radicals.
